These Terms govern our Digital Media Consulting, Social Media Marketing (SMMA), and Amazon Product Launch Services.
LAOK Services LTD provides the following services:
We tailor our services to each client, but we do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as increased sales, engagement, or ranking improvements.
Payment structures depend on the type of service purchased:
✅Project-Based Services:
Require a deposit upfront, with remaining payments due upon agreed milestones.
✅Monthly Retainer Packages:
Clients are billed monthly for continued services.
✅Custom Agreements:
Special arrangements may be made for long-term clients.
Late payments may result in paused services until payment is received.
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 business days. Deposits for project-based services are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Clients agree to:
✔ Provide accurate business information and necessary assets (logos, copy, ad accounts, etc.)
✔ Comply with platform policies
(Facebook, Amazon, Google, etc.)
✔ Make timely payments to avoid service disruptions
LAOK Services LTD is not responsible for account suspensions, ad disapprovals, or platform policy changes affecting marketing efforts.
We strive to deliver high-quality services, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as:
We are not liable for losses resulting from: Third-party service failures (e.g., Facebook Ads downtime, Amazon algorithm updates)Client errors (e.g., policy violations, mismanagement of advertising budgets)Unforeseen technical issues
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the total amount paid by the client in the last 3 months.
We may terminate or suspend services under the following conditions:
🚨Non-Payment: Failure to pay agreed fees after a grace period
🚨Violation of Platform Policies: If a client engages in prohibited activities (e.g., running misleading ads, black-hat marketing techniques)
🚨Breach of Contract: Failure to uphold agreed-upon terms
🚨Unethical Behavior:
Any fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful actions
If termination occurs due to client violations, no refunds will be issued for remaining services.
Clients may also terminate services with 30 days’ written notice, but pre-paid fees may not be refundable.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by UK law
